Terms of Service

Raha Account provides identity and access features such as account creation, sign-in, profile management, consent, sessions, account recovery, and multi-factor authentication. These Terms of Service apply to those features and supplement the User Agreement.

A Raha product or connected application may have additional terms. If those terms conflict with these terms on an issue specific to that product, the product-specific terms apply to that issue.

Subject to these terms, you may access and use Raha Account for its intended identity and account-management purposes. Your access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

• Follow the account, consent, and security instructions presented by the service.
• Provide information and authorizations you have the right to provide.
• Use connected applications in accordance with their own applicable terms.

Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you must not:

• Copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or its software.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code, credentials, keys, or non-public interfaces.
• Remove ownership notices or misrepresent an association with Raha Account.
• Circumvent technical limits or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable security or operational risk.

Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued to improve security, respond to technical conditions, comply with legal requirements, or support product development. Maintenance or events outside reasonable control may temporarily interrupt access.

Raha Account may apply reasonable limits to protect service stability and users. No particular feature, integration, authentication method, or level of availability is promised indefinitely.

Raha Account can exchange authorized identity information with connected applications. Those applications are responsible for their own services, content, security, and handling of information after they receive it.

Links or integrations do not imply that Raha Account controls or endorses an external service. Review the external service's terms and privacy practices before granting access or relying on it.

The service, its visual design, software, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain owned by Raha Account or its licensors.

You may not use Raha names, logos, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without appropriate permission.

If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback about Raha Account, you permit Raha Account to use them to operate and improve its products without restriction or payment to you, while you retain ownership of any rights that cannot be transferred.

Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary for security, service integrity, legal compliance, prolonged inactivity, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, reasonable efforts may be made to provide notice or a way to resolve the issue.

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and obligations concerning prior conduct, remain effective.

The service is provided as available and without promises beyond those expressly stated in these terms. Security and reliability measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate every vulnerability, outage, or unauthorized act.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Raha Account disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by a connected service outside its control.

Applicable law may give you rights that these terms cannot limit. In that case, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent the law allows.

These terms may change as the service, security practices, or legal requirements evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page and the effective date will be revised. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
