User Agreement

This User Agreement is between you and Raha Account and applies whenever you create an account, sign in, manage your profile, approve access for a connected application, or use another Raha Account feature.

By creating or using a Raha Account, you agree to this agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.

You must provide information that is accurate enough to create and operate your account and must keep important account details current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

• Use an email address or phone number that you are authorized to use.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Create only accounts that you are legally permitted to create and use.

Protecting your credentials and recovery methods is essential. Raha Account may offer passwords, one-time codes, authenticator applications, recovery codes, and other security controls.

• Keep passwords, verification codes, and recovery codes confidential.
• Use multi-factor authentication when it is available and appropriate for you.
• Review active sessions and connected applications and remove access you no longer recognize or need.
• Notify the relevant official Raha support channel promptly if you suspect compromise or unauthorized access.

Raha Account allows you to sign in to Raha products and other authorized applications. An application may request permission to receive account information such as your identifier, profile details, email address, phone number, or continued access.

Review each consent request before approving it. You can revoke a connected application's access from your account where that control is available, but revocation does not require the application to delete information it previously received. Its own terms and privacy practices govern its use of that information.

Use Raha Account lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, its users, or connected applications. You must not:

• Access or attempt to access another person's account without authorization.
• Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use automated methods to abuse, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Use the account service for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, or distribution of malicious code.
• Help another person violate this agreement or applicable law.

Raha Account may restrict, suspend, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with legal obligations, or address a material violation of these terms.

You may stop using Raha Account and request account deletion through available account controls. Some information may remain for legitimate security, dispute, operational, or legal purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain any rights you have in the profile information and other material you provide. You authorize Raha Account to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the account service and connected experiences.

Raha Account and its licensors retain their rights in the service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and related technology. This agreement does not transfer those rights to you.

Raha Account is provided on an as-available basis. Although reasonable efforts are made to keep it secure and reliable, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Raha Account is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the account service or a connected application.

Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for your conduct, your account security choices, and your use of third-party or connected services.

This agreement may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or security practices change. The effective date on this page will be revised when an updated agreement is published. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised agreement where permitted by law.
